Anger is a complex emotion, most often arising from underlying emotional forces such as hurt, embarrassment, or fear. It can destroy relationships, compromise physical health, trigger violence, and traumatize loved ones. For one's physical and mental health, family and marital stability, and self-mastery and peace of mind, learning to understand and manage anger appropriately is an important key.
