Helping Hands 288x329Many find that, though they may not be struggling themselves, they can be helped by educating themselves about struggles afflicting others - so they may be useful in providing support, direction, and understanding.   You may be a parent or grandparent, a sibling or church worker, a friend or neighbor of someone who is struggling.   You may have wondered how to help, or what to say.  You may have been caught in the crossfire of their struggle - the target of their anger,  or impacted by their depression, addiction, or fear.

Knowledge is power, and brings greater peace and serenity.  If you know what you are dealing with, you will have greater insight in how to help that struggling individual, as well as to minimize the negative impact of their struggle on you or those around you.
